Ibiza Sunset at Café del Mar

I’ve been listening to Café del Mar CD compilations since the early 1990′s. It’s a very spiritual time for me to listen to the full length of the CD without thinking about the past and future. All of us need downtime sooner or later. I suggest to all of us to learn to meditate for 10 to 20 minutes and pay more attention to current moment of time.

We can’t run all the time but we’ve to stop for a moment learn more about our inner side that’s where the our soul, love and peace lies. I urge you all keep yourself life in balance, learn more about yourself and when things are not going right for you learn how to calibrate thoughts and push the negative force out of your MIND.
Don’t let your MIND take over you but you take CONTROL of your mind and you will see that your outlook will be very POSITIVE.
