Native American tribe reclaims slice of the Hamptons after court victory | World news | The Observer.
From a distance the teardrop-shaped peninsula looks just like any other bit of the famed Hamptons shoreline. Thick woods crowd down to the water’s edge, and through the trees houses and roads can be glimpsed.
But this land is not part of the Hamptons, neither is it really part of the United States any more. This patch – in the middle of the playground to Manhattan’s social elite – is proudly and fiercely Native American country. Full Story

“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their money, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them (around the banks), will deprive the people of their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.” -
Thomas Jefferson

Part V & Final
There aren’t many things that I’m sure of these days and as I get older “sureness” becomes less clear. One issue that has repeated itself throughout my life and that I am sure about is war; its impact on the peoples of the world. War is “Death.”

Not to be accused of partianship, I’ve attached a clip from former President Bush. Are these men and their supporters serious? Are these America’s best and brightest or have we been fooled again? Note: Someone continues to pull this video from “You Tube”, so it may or may not be viewable. We can only imagine the reasons. From our research it is a true representation of President Obama’s speech. Here’s the text from the transcript. It’s just as effective to read!
“I will promise you this, that if we have not gotten our troops out by the time I am president, it is the first thing I will do. I will get our troops home. We will bring an end to this war. You can take that to the bank.”

From General Smedley Butler – US Marines
“War is a racket. It always has been. It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small ‘inside’ group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes.”
